Our monthly bookkeeping is designed to keep your financials up to date and tax-compliant all year round. This service includes categorizing transactions that occur in your business each month, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, filing GST when required, and preparing financial reports so you always know where your business stands.

Our monthly bookkeeping is priced using clear transaction volume tiers. Each month is billed according to the tier your transaction volume falls into.

Rates:

  • 0-105 transactions in the month

$125-$240

  • 106-225 transactions in the month

$245-$480

(This tier often reflects transaction volumes seen in small corporations, or sole proprietors, that may hire subcontractors)

  • 226-350 transactions in the month

$485-$800

(This tier often reflects transaction volumes seen in small/medium sized corporations

Catch up/Clean up/YE Prep Bookkeeping

This is for the businesses that are behind, disorganized, or need corrections made to their existing books. This service focuses on bringing your records up to date, fixing errors, and ensuring your accounts are accurate and ready for tax filing or financial review.

A quote is provided after a brief review of your books to ensure pricing is fair and reflects the actual time and complexity involved.

QuickBooks Online Setup & Software Conversion

This service is ideal for brand-new businesses and for established businesses that want to switch accounting software smoothly and correctly. Starting with a clean, professional setup helps you avoid costly errors and time consuming cleanups later, ideally saving you money and stress in the long run.

Initial Setup & Configuration

Receive training from a QuickBooks ProAdvisor to help you confidently use QuickBooks Online. This may include:

  • Managing customers and suppliers

  • Using bills and expense features correctly

  • Reviewing and understanding financial reports

Please note: Training does not include instruction on how to do bookkeeping activities like how to make journal entries, where to categorize transactions, how to perform reconciliations, or set up COA accounts.

Training sessions are billed at an hourly rate of $65.00/HR and may be conducted in person or virtually via screen share.
